Refund and Returns Policy

Store Return/Exchange Policy:
Refund or exchange on merchandise accompanied by the original receipt within 14 days of purchase will be refunded with an applied fee of $35 for used phones, $45 for refurbished phones and $65 for new phones, $45 for all IPTV devices deductible from the original total payment made for each device or transaction. Items must be returned in a similar condition, 100%, cosmetically and functionally as they were sold. We apologize for unacceptable return/exchange/claim after the due period of 14 days or if the merchandise loses the similar original working condition or look. Warranty Periods
Aftermarket “Parts”(hardware) Repairs – 30 Days Limit
OEM / Premium “Parts”(hardware) Repairs – 90 Days Limit
Used Phones and Devices – 90 Days Limit
Software Repairs(Includes Loss of Personal Data) – NO WARRANTY
Warranty Protects Against: Screen/LCD and any other repaired or replaced “parts”(hardware) that malfunction, do not work as intended or designed.
Warranty Does Not Protect Against:
After DMV Unlocked Wireless repairs the device, the warranty does not protect against:
Accidental or purposeful drops; for example breaking/cracking LCD or Digitizer glass.
Tampering with internal hardware
Damage resulting from attempted customer repairs
Unlocked or jailbroken devices Software damages
Loss of Personal Data(during/after repair)
New damages unrelated to the original repair
Water damage Blacklisted Reported Lost or Stolen

Our warranty also does not cover the outcome of a repair if certain pre-repair conditions exist, including:
• Water damage
• Software related issues
• Jailbroken or unlocked devices
• Personal Data loss/recovery Tampering with internal hardware
• Damage resulting from attempted customer repairs
• Blacklisted
• Reported Lost or Stolen

Reasons we can void your warranty:
• We reserve the right to void the warranty if we feel the customer is not being truthful and if we have evidence proving the customer’s complaint is not valid or related to the work completed by DMV Unlocked Wireless employees.
• The warranty period has expired
• The defect or part is not covered
• The product failure is due to misuse or lack of proper maintenance
• You have made significant alterations to the product, affecting its performance
Warranty coverage is not transferable (it applies to the original purchaser only), and requires a proof of purchase or original receipt.
A warranty claim may require product analysis prior to issuance of a replacement, which may take up to two (2) business days to process.
